Preorder Policy
At Kass Wear, preorders allow you to secure exclusive items in advance before they become available in stock. By placing a preorder, you agree to the terms outlined below.
What Is a Preorder?
A preorder is an order placed for an item that is not yet available for immediate shipment. The estimated arrival date will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of preorder. All prices and transactions are processed in USD ($). This secures your item and ensures it will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available.
Estimated Delivery
The estimated shipping date is provided on each product page. Please note that this is an approximation and may be affected by production or shipping delays. Kass Wear is not liable for delays caused by manufacturers or carriers.
Shipping of Mixed Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order will be shipped together once the preorder item is available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a preorder for a full refund only before the item has been shipped.
Once dispatched, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, you will be informed and refunded in full.
Modifying a Preorder
If you need to update your shipping address or contact details, please email kass@support.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (213) 220-1325 as soon as possible.
Additional Notes
Preordered items are subject to availability. In rare cases where the item becomes unavailable, you will be refunded in full.
Prices for preorders are locked at the time of purchase and will not change if the product's price is updated later.
Legal Notice
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including the right to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with US consumer law.
