Return Policy

  1. Right to Cancel (US Customers)
    If you are a customer based in the United States, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.
    To exercise this right, please email us at kass@support.com within the 30-day period, clearly stating your intention to cancel and including your order number.

  2. Return Conditions
    Beyond the legal cancellation window, our store accepts returns within 45 days of receiving your item, provided the following conditions are met:

    • The item must be unused and in its original condition

    • Packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be intact

    • Returns must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

    Items that are worn, damaged by customer mishandling, or missing original packaging will not be accepted. Personalized or final sale items are non-refundable.

  3. Return Process
    To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at kass@support.com and include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo or video evidence if the item is defective or incorrect

    After approval, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  4. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the shipping cost or provide a return label.

  5. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

    If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    • Contact your card issuer or bank—it may take time before the refund is reflected in your account.

  6. Order Cancellations
    If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at kass@support.com. Orders can be cancelled at no cost only if they have not yet been packed or shipped.
    Orders that have already been shipped must be returned after delivery following the process outlined above.
