All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. And we offer Expedited Shipping for $5.99.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Process
Your order may be delivered by your local postal service or courier, depending on your location. If you are not home during delivery, a note will be left with instructions for collection or redelivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.

Missed Deliveries & Returns
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the shipping fee will not be refunded. You may need to place a new order if the original package cannot be redelivered.
